Everything your body does before the paddle touches the ball. Stance, knee bend, hip rotation, weight transfer, contact point — if a shot breaks down, the root cause is almost always here.
Every shot broken down by what's actually happening mechanically. Not just how to hit it — why it works when it does, why it breaks down when it doesn't, and what to fix first.
What I actually practice to build better mechanics — at home, at the wall, on the court. No fancy equipment. Just the reps that actually move the needle.

WHO IS DREW
I’m not a coach. I’m a player figuring it out.
I grew up in Southern California, played tennis for 30 years, and picked up pickleball about three years ago. I play three times a week across the courts of South Bay and greater Los Angeles — mostly open play with my sons — and I’ve been obsessing over the mechanics ever since. Not because I want to go pro. I don’t even have a DUPR rating. Because I want to play this game forever, and I want to do it without wrecking my body.
